According to google, the earth is about 4.543 billion years old. Is this true?
Daniel 1:4 "Children in whom was no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and understanding science, and such as had ability in them to stand in the king’s palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans."
Evolution teaches that the earth is not just millions, but billions of years old, and they call it “science.” The word "science" is a Bible word. It is used in Daniel 1:4 to denote a comprehension or understanding of truth or facts by the mind. Later, Apostle Paul warned us of the danger of "oppositions of science falsely so called."
1 Timothy 6:20 "O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:"
Paul attached the words "falsely so called" to "oppositions of science" because these "oppositions of science falsely so called" would call themselves real science, with the intention to deceive. In the history of mankind, there would be many such "oppositions of science falsely so called."
One of the biggest hoax that came in the name of science is Evolution. In 1 Timothy 6:20, Paul said "keep that which is committed to thy trust." That would be the 66 books of the Holy Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. Why? Because the biggest hoax in the history of mankind will come in the name of science, and it will question the Holy Bible with philosophy, just like how the Devil questioned the words of the LORD in the garden of Eden:
Genesis 3:1 "Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?"
The attack will be against the 66 books of the Holy Bible. In the case of Evolution, it is obvious that the attack was targeting at the book of Genesis, especially. The hidden motive of the Devil was to incite rebellion against God by causing man to doubt his words, and it was carried out subtly under the cover of good, and seemingly in the interest of mankind.
2 Corinthians 11:14-15 "And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works."
Paul tells us that Satan was transformed into an “angel of light,” and he compared him to the false teachers who come in the name of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. The ministry of false teachers is to turn people against the LORD through their heresies. Likewise, the ministry of the Devil is to turn people against the law of God, as in:
Job 24:13 "They are of those that rebel against the light; they know not the ways thereof, nor abide in the paths thereof."
The word “light” in this verse is a reference to:
Proverbs 6:23 "For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:"
The law of God is “light.” To rebel against the light is to rebel against the law of God.
Psalms 19:7 "The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple."
To rebel against the law of the LORD is to depart from the way of life, and to depart from the way of life is death. Interestingly, Psalms 19 begins with Creation:
Psalms 19:1-6 "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. 2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. 4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, 5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. 6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof."
This is followed by verse 7 which tells us that “the law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul.” There is law and order in the handywork of God, which shows us the existence of an almighty, an all-powerful Creator that presides over everything in the universe: in heaven above and in earth beneath. Perhaps that’s why the book of Genesis is so much hated by the Devil. The Devil’s Evolution Theory tells us how the first life forms came about:
Billions and billions of years ago, there was nothing, but everything was condensed in an infinitesimally small speck of dust, and no one knew where that speck of dust came from;
Then one fine day this small speck of dust just couldn't contain itself anymore, and BANG! From this Big Bang came the universe and everything in the universe;
The Earth came about as a result of the Big Bang 4.543 billon years ago. Then it rained day and night on the Earth for long periods of time on the rocks;
The rain that falls on the rocks became a form of prebiotic soup where the first lifeforms came into existence;
Then all of a sudden, a once lifeless planet began to team with lifeforms that came out of the prebiotic soup;
The basic lifeforms began to evolve according to the natural circumstances they were subjected to;
Evolution took place in spans of millions of years, and from simple cell forms, these basic lifeforms evolved into great marine creatures and gigantic land animals;
Then in the process of time, some of these animals became extinct while others continue to evolve in a "survival of the fittest" game of life.
Evolution teaches that there is no Creator, there is no law and no order, and all things came into existence by chance.
Acts 8:11 "And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries."
Evolution is a religion because it requires faith to believe that the earth and the universe came into existence billions of years old as a result of a “big bang”, which to this date, no one can prove. When the people are told by the Devil’s education system to accept Evolution as a fact, they were actually being indoctrinated into a religion, and when they believed and accepted this religion by faith, in Bible terms, they have been “bewitched,” and the things by which they were bewitched are called “sorceries.”
Galatians 3:1 "O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?"
Notice the word "witch" embedded in the word "bewitched?" Jezebel was a witch because she practiced witchcrafts (2 Kings 9:22). This is the Bible revealing to us that the spirit of Jezebel is behind the Theory of Evolution and all that it stands for, and Evolution is a form of witchcraft (sorcery) to bewitch the minds of people, to tempt them as did the Devil to Eve in the garden of Eden.
James 1:14-15 "But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death."
James tells us in this verse what happen to a person when he is tempted and drawn away of his own lust, and enticed: “… when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death." Again, to rebel against the law of God is to depart from the way of life, and to depart from the way of life is death.
1 Samuel 15:23 "For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king."
This verse rightly equates rebellion to the sin of witchcraft. The Theory of Evolution is witchcraft (sorcery) because it teaches rebellion against the law of the LORD, yet, most people call it “science,” and it is currently being worship as “the truth” as opposed to the words of the LORD in 66 books of the Holy Bible.
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 is about the man of sin who "opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God." Notice how the Theory of Evolution seeks to replace the 66 books of the Holy Bible as “the truth?” This is evidence of the spirit of antichrist at work to change the truth of God into a lie. (Romans 1:25)
"Mock them! Ridicule them! In public!!" — Richard Dawkins
Evolution is the backbone of Atheism, and Atheism is as much a religion as other theistic religions. However, notice a big difference: only the Theory of Evolution is allowed to be taught in public schools and institutions of higher learning around the whole world. All other religious schools of thought remain "religion." In fact, anyone who dares to breathe a hint of doubt on Evolution will be dealt with a severe penalty, to the extent that their whole career would be systematically destroyed. Back to the question: “Is the earth billions of years old?” Sometime ago, I actually did a study to determine the answer for this question from the 1611 King James Bible.
BIBLE WORLD HISTORY TIMELINE
PART 1: ADAM TO NOAH
Calculate by adding the age of the patriarch at the point of birth of his offspring given in Genesis 5:3-29, starting from Adam:
Adam lived 130 years and he begat Seth;
Seth lived 105 years and he begat Enos;
Enos lived 90 years and he begat Cainan;
Cainan lived 70 years and he begat Mahalaleel;
Mahalaleel lived 65 years and he begat Jared;
Jared lived 162 years and he begat Enoch;
Enoch lived 65 years and he begat Methuselah;
Methuselah lived 187 years and he begat Lamech;
Lamech lived 182 years and he begat Noah.
So, Noah was born 1,056 years after Creation. According to Genesis 7:6, Noah was 600 years old when the Great Flood was upon the earth: the Great Flood took place 1,056 + 600 = 1,656 years after Creation.
PART 2: NOAH TO ABRAHAM
Noah was 500 years old when he begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth (Gen 5:3), and that was 1,556 years after Creation. Noah was 502 years old when Shem was born (Genesis 11:10). Shem was born 1,558 years after Creation. Shem was 100 years old when Arphaxad was born (Genesis 11:10): Arphaxad was born 1,658 years after Creation.
Again, by adding the age of the patriarch (after Shem) at the point of birth of his offspring given in Genesis 11:12-24, we have the number of years from Arphaxad to Terah, counting from the year of the Great Flood:
Arphaxad was born 2 years after the Great Flood (Genesis 11:10);
Salah was born 2 + 35 = 37 years after the Great Flood;
Eber was born 37 + 30 = 67 years after the Great Flood;
Peleg was born 67 + 34 = 101 years after the Great Flood;
Reu was born 101 + 30 = 131 years after the Great Flood;
Serug was born 131 + 32 = 163 years after the Great Flood;
Nahor was born 163 + 30 = 193 years after the Great Flood;
Terah was born 193 + 29 = 222 years after the Great Flood.
The question here is: "How old was Terah when Abram was born?"
Genesis 11:26 "And Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran."
This verse does not tell us how old Terah was when Abram was born. It only tells us that Terah lived to the age of 70 when he begat male offsprings: Abram, Nahor, and Haran. Haran died before his father Terah in the land of his nativity, in Ur of the Chaldees (Genesis 11:28). Then in verse 31, it was told to us that Terah took Abram and Lot and their wives on their way to the land of Canaan, and they came unto Haran, and dwelt there.
Genesis 11:32 "And the days of Terah were two hundred and five years: and Terah died in Haran."
So, Terah died in Haran at the age of 205 years. Genesis 12:1 continues from where Genesis 11:32 left off:
"Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:"
That was God's commandment for Abram to depart from the country of his nativity unto the land of Canaan. From Acts 7:2-4, we will notice that God actually said this to Abram even when he was still in Ur (Mesopotamia), before his father brought him to Haran.
Acts 7:2-4 "And he said, Men, brethren, and fathers, hearken; The God of glory appeared unto our father Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran, 3 And said unto him, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and come into the land which I shall shew thee. 4 Then came he out of the land of the Chaldæans, and dwelt in Charran: and from thence, when his father was dead, he removed him into this land, wherein ye now dwell."
Abram dwelt in Haran until his father died, and then he departed out of Haran, to go into the land of Canaan as the LORD had commanded him in Genesis 12:1.
Genesis 12:4 "So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran."
Abram was 75 years old when he departed out of Haran, soon after his father Terah died in Haran at the age of 205.
So, 205 - 75 = 130
Terah was 130 years old when Abram was born. BTW, notice the pattern of the number 13 embedded in 130. Terah was 130 years old when Abram was born. So, Abram was born 222 + 130 = 352 years after the Great Flood, which was 1,656 + 352 = 2,008 years after Creation. The number 352 is (2 x 2) x (2 x 2) x 22. Notice the pattern of the number 22 embedded here?
PART 3: ABRAHAM TO EXODUS
Abraham was 100 years old when Isaac was born (Genesis 21:5).
Isaac was 60 years old when Jacob was born (Genesis 25:26).
So from Abraham to Jacob is 100 + 60 = 160 years.
Jacob was 130 years old when the children of Israel sojourned to the land of Egypt (Genesis 47:9).
So, from birth of Abraham to the time the children of Israel sojourned to the land of Egypt is 160 + 130 = 290 years.
The children of Israel dwelt in the land of Egypt for 430 years (Exodus 12:40-41; Galatians 3:17) before they exodus out of Egypt. This makes the time of the Exodus from Egypt 290 + 430 = 720 years after Abraham was born, which is 2,008 + 720 = 2,728 years after Creation or 2,728 - 1,656 = 1,072 years after the Great Flood.
PART 4: EXODUS TO CARRYING AWAY OF JUDAH TO BABYLON
1 Kings 6:1 "And it came to pass in the four hundred and eightieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon’s reign over Israel, in the month Zif, which is the second month, that he began to build the house of the LORD."
So, from the time the children of Israel exodus out of the land of Egypt to the 4th year of Solomon's reign over Israel, when he began to build the temple for God, was 480 years. Starting from the point where Solomon began to reign as king over Israel, which is 476 years after Exodus:
Solomon reigned 40 years in Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 9:30);
Rehoboam reigned 17 years in Jerusalem (1 Kings 14:21);
Abijah reigned 3 years in Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 13:1-2);
Asa reigned 41 years in Jerusalem (1 Kings 15:9-10);
Jehoshaphat reigned 25 years in Jerusalem (1 Kings 22:42);
Jehoram reigned 8 years in Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 21:5);
Ahaziah reigned 1 year in Jerusalem (2 Kinings 8:26);
Athaliah the queen reigned 7 years in Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 22:12, 23:1);
Joash reigned 40 years in Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 24:1);
Amaziah reigned 29 years in Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 25:1);
Uzziah reigned 52 years in Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 26:3);
Jotham reigned 16 years in Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 27:1);
Ahaz reigned 16 years in Jerusalem (2 Kings 16:2);
Hezekiah reigned 29 years in Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 29:1);
Manasseh reigned 55 years in Jerusalem (2 Kings 21:1);
Amon reigned 2 years in Jerusalem (2 Kings 21:19);
Josiah reigned 31 years in Jesusalem (2 Kings 22:1);
Jehoahaz reigned 3 months in Jerusalem (2 Kings 23:31);
Jehoiakim reigned 11 years in Jerusalem (2 Kings 23:36);
Jehoiachin reigned 3 months and 10 days in Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 36:9), and he was carried into Babylon.
Total: 423.5 years.
Add this number to the 476 years after Exodus: 423.5 + 476 = 899.5 years. So, from the time of Exodus to the carrying away of Judah to Babylon was 899.5 years. That would be 2,728 + 899.5 = 3,627.5 years after Creation, or 1971.5 years after the Great Flood.
PART 5: CARRYING AWAY OF JUDAH TO PRESENT (AD 2022)
The next part of the historical timeline will take a bit of understanding in Bible prophecy. To begin, let’s go to Leviticus 26:14-25:
Leviticus 26:14-35 "But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:...And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins... And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me... And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it. And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste. Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths. As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it."
These words were made known unto the children of Israel in the time of Moses. God has warned that the things in this passage of scripture will happen to the children of Israel should they choose to walk contrary to his words. Then in 2 Chronicles 36:20-23, God judged Judah by the mouth of Jeremiah:
2 Chronicles 36:20-21 "And them that had escaped from the sword carried he away to Babylon; where they were servants to him and his sons until the reign of the kingdom of Persia: To fulfil the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years."
The context of this passage is about the carrying away of Judah into Babylon. The divine purpose of the 70 years of desolation was so that the land can enjoy her sabbaths (Leviticus 26:14-35). The end of the 70 years was marked by the reign of the kingdom of Medes and Persia, which was to replace the kingdom of Babylon.
2 Chronicles 36:22-23 "Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying, Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath the LORD God of heaven given me; and he hath charged me to build him an house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people? The LORD his God be with him, and let him go up."
It was in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom to build a house in Jerusalem. This was in fulfillment of the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah:
Jeremiah 25:11-12 "And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years. And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations."
Jeremiah 29:10 "For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place."
Darius, the son of Ahasuerus, was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans, in the kingdom of Medes.
Daniel 5:28-31 "PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians... 31 And Darius the Median took the kingdom, being about threescore and two years old."
In the first year of the reign of Darius, Daniel searched the books and subsequently understood Jeremiah's prophecy.
Daniel 9:2 "In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem."
So, from the carrying away of Judah to Babylon unto the end of the desolations of Jerusalem was exactly 70 years, and at that point, the kingdom of Babylon was replaced by a new kingdom, the kingdom of Medes and Persia. That was also the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, when he gave the decree to rebuild Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 36:22-23).
Daniel 1:21 "And Daniel continued even unto the first year of king Cyrus."
Daniel lived to witness the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah fulfilled, which he subsequently understood when he searched the books. BTW, this is also to say that the first year of Cyrus was the beginning of the new kingdom of Medes and Persia, immediately after the previous kingdom of Babylon was made desolate.
Daniel 9:2-24 "In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem...Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding... At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision... Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy."
God accomplished 70 years in the desolations of Jerusalem, the holy city. 70 weeks was also been determined upon the holy city, which is Jerusalem. That was where God equated 70 weeks to 70 years. The 70 years of desolation was a prefigure of the 70 weeks mentioned in this passage, and it was given as a prophecy of the future which was, and is to come. The passage continues...
Daniel 9:25 "Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times."
"seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks" = 69 weeks.
69 weeks = 69 years.
John 2:20 "Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?"
This verse tells us that the temple alone was 46 years in building. So, from the going forth of the decree to build the temple by king Cyrus, it would take another 69 years until the complete restoration and rebuilding of Jerusalem, and those were troublous times as we can read from the book of Ezra and the book of Nehemiah. So, 70 + 69 = 139 years. It took a total of 139 years from the time Judah was carried into Babylon to the restoration of the temple in Jerusalem.
Daniel 9:26 "And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined."
"threescore and two weeks" = 62 weeks.
Daniel 9:26 is a prophecy of the first coming of Jesus Christ, and it was talking about Israel's rejection of the Messiah leading to his crucifixion. We know from hind sight that it only took place a few hundred years later, in the time of the Roman empire.
1 week = 7 days;
1 day = 1 year; (Num 14:34)
Read: 'Each day for a year'
62 x 7 = 434 years.
It would be another 434 years from the point the temple in Jerusalem was restored to the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, and that would be in the year AD 33. BTW, this 400+ years corresponds to what Bible historians refer to as the "intertestamental period" between the Old Testament ending at the book of Malachi and the New Testament beginning at the book of Matthew. This was known by some members of the Protestant community as the "400 Silent Years" because during this period God revealed nothing new to his people. So, we do the math: 139 + 434 = 573 years.
It was 573 years from the carrying away of Judah into Babylon to the crucifixion of Jesus Christ in AD 33. That would be 3,627.5 + 573 = 4,200.5 years after Creation, or 1,971.5 + 573 = 2,544.5 years after the Great Flood. From AD 33 to now (AD 2022) is 1,989 years. So, from Creation to now is approximately 4,200.5 + 1,989 = 6,189.5 years! And, from the time of the Great Flood to now (AD 2022) is approximately 2,544.5 + 1,989 = 4,533.5 years!

AGE OF THE EARTH - WORLD POPULATION TEST
According to the 1611 King James Bible, the earth (AD 2022) is currently about 6,189.5 years old. Some 4,533.5 years ago God judged the whole earth with a Great Flood that wiped out the entire population save Noah and his family. Currently the world population stands at about 8 billion people. It started with just six people - Shem, Ham, Japheth and their wives according to Genesis 9:18-19. Using the population growth model, and based upon some very reasonable assumptions: Assuming each generation is about 30 years on average. This would translate to about 151 generations counting from the time of the Great Flood. Most families have 2 to 3 children.
Assuming an average family growth of +0.15 children each person per couple: 2.3 children per family per generation, assuming an average of 3 generations alive per generation, this would work out to a population of about 8 billion people presently on earth. The calculated value is congruent with the current world population count. From Noah to us, the numbers don't lie. The Holy Bible is right 100% of the time. Don't be fooled by the Evolutionists (a lot of them are Freemasons) into believing the billions of years.
Is the earth billions of years old?
