Was this just a paid actor, or something more than meets the eye?
Consider this passage of scripture:
Deuteronomy 4:15-19 "Take ye therefore good heed unto yourselves; for ye saw no manner of similitude on the day that the LORD spake unto you in Horeb out of the midst of the fire: 16 Lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image, the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female, 17 The likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the air, 18 The likeness of any thing that creepeth on the ground, the likeness of any fish that is in the waters beneath the earth: 19 And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven."
Verse 15 tells us to "take heed," which is to say, it is a warning. It is a warning against anything that comes in the similitude of God.
Verse 16 tells us that man will make graven images, in the similitude of any figure, and in the likeness of male or female. The baphomet is a graven image made in the likeness of a male or female. Notice it has the breasts of a woman.
Verse 17 provides more details on the graven image "the likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the air." The baphomet has the likeness of a beast — it is a half-man-half-beast creature, and it has wings.
Verse 18 continues from verse 17, giving further details about the graven image "the likeness of any thing that creepeth on the ground, the likess of any fish that is in the waters." The baphomet has fish scales at the torso area, with two serpents intertwining each other, much like those of the medical symbol.
Verse 19 tells us that graven images as such are images of the little-gods in the realm of the sun, the moon and the stars, collectively called "hosts of heaven." There is one more detail about the baphomet, in that the right hand is pointing upward, and the left hand is pointing downward.
Ecclesiastes 3:21 "Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth?"
The spirit of man goeth upward, and the spirit of beast goeth downward. The baphomet is a picture of something in-between man and beast. That's the idea of transhumanism — the change of man into beast.
Ephesians 2:2 "Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:"
This verse that there are evil spirits working in the children of disobedience. Paul calls it "the prince of the power of the air."
Leviticus 20:6 "¶ And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people."
There are people that have "familiar spirits," such as the woman at Endor which king Saul went and consulted with. Familiar spirits, as its name stands for, will mimic after familiar things, like the one which mimicked after prophet Samuel in 1 Samuel 28, by which king Saul was deceived.
1 Samuel 28:13-14 "And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth. 14 And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself."
Notice in verse 14 that while king Saul could not see the familiar spirit, he could see it working through the woman. That's why he asked the question "What form is he of?" What he saw was the likeness of prophet Samuel through the woman, and he perceived that it was Samuel.
Max, What was this woman yelling about? You are clearly correct. It has to be staged. Pretty much all news stories are now.
