Pharaoh King of Egypt (Part 20)
This post continues from where I have left off in Pharaoh King of Egypt (Part 19), where I have further expounded on how the word of God was corrupted in modern bible versions, producing corruptible “converts.” The word “corruptible” means it can be changed or altered. In corruptible modern bible versions, the so-called “word of God” is not it its final form because it is expected to change with every revision. Well, if indeed the gospel you have received is made up of corruptible words, then it is a corruptible gospel. Furthermore, if you believe that the written word of God is corruptible, if that’s what you truly believe, then you have probably received a form of corruptible gospel pretending to be the true gospel of Jesus Christ.
1 Peter 1:18 "Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;"
Peter tells us that born again believers were not redeemed with “corruptible things,” but incorruptible. Jesus Christ is the incorruptible truth — every word of God in the 66 books of the Holy Bible. The gospel of Jesus Christ too, is incorruptible, because the words by which the gospel is written cannot be changed over time. The language may be different, but the words must be the same. Tongues belong to men but the words belong to the LORD. While the words of the LORD can be translated into different languages, nothing can be put to it nor any thing taken from it (Ecclesiastes 3:14). So, even in bible translations, the words of the LORD must continue in spirit and in truth. However, we don’t see that in corruptible modern bible versions. For example:
Psalm 8:3-4 NIV 1984 “When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?”
Psalm 8:3-4 NIV 2011 “When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?”
Are they saying the same things? What has changed from 1984 to 2011? Is the NIV "faithful and true?" An honest and good heart (Luke 8:15) will admit the differences, and a wise in heart (Proverbs 16:21) will understand why the differences, and will depart from the evil. This is only a few out of the many examples of corruptible words in modern bible versions. In fact, some Christians have complained that their 1984 NIV and the new 2011 NIV are so different as if they don’t come from the same tree. Well, the reason is because they have removed a total of 32,863 words and added another 34,469 different words. That means that some of the words in their old 1984 NIV have “passed away.” Below is another example of corruptible modern bible contradictions:
1 Samuel 17:6 KJV "And he had greaves of brass upon his legs, and a target of brass between his shoulders."
T`ARGET, n. “A shield or buckler of a small kind, used as a defensive weapon in war.”
The 1611 King James Bible tells us that Goliath had a target of brass between his shoulders. What about other bibles? How did they translate the words "target of brass?"
NKJV: “… a bronze javelin between his shoulders”
MEV: “… a bronze javelin between his shoulders”
NASB: “… a bronze javelin slung between his shoulders”
ESV: “… a javelin of bronze slung between his shoulders”
NLT: “… a bronze javelin on his shoulder”
NIV: “… a bronze javelin was slung on his back”
TLB: “… a bronze javelin several inches thick”
Notice how these corruptible modern bible versions add unto and take away from the word of God? While all of them have mis-translated the “target of brass,” calling it “bronze javelin,” but what's really appalling to me is that some bibles said that the bronze javelin was slung on Goliath's back, and some said it was slung between his shoulders, and the TLB even added that the javelin was “several inches thick!!” Are they all correct? Are these so-called “holy bibles” really the word of God, holy and true that they so claim on their cover page? Are the words in these bibles truly the pure words of the LORD? Can you trust these modern bible versions? Would you entrust your precious souls to the men who authored these bibles? Here’s another one:
Notice how the words in those modern bible versions were not only mis-translated, some of them were even opposed to what the 1611 King James Bible says. That is characteristic of that man of sin, the son of perdition who “opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped.” (2 Thessalonians 2:3) That is evidence of the spirit of antichrist at work to turn the words of the LORD upside-down. Here’s another one:
Daniel 3:25 KJV “He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.”
Daniel 3:25 NIV “He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”
Is Jesus “the Son of God” or “a son of the gods?” The term "the Son of God" in this verse is a reference to Jesus Christ in the New Testament. While the 1611 King James Bible has accurately preserved it, the rest of the modern bible versions have blasphemously called Jesus “a son of the gods,” a term alluding to that man of sin, the son of perdition. Even the New King James reduced it to a footnote. In fact, this is just like:
Genesis 3:5 KJV “For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”
Genesis 3:5 NIV “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
A simple comparison of this verse shows the opposing difference between the 1611 King James Bible and the rest of the corruptible modern bible versions. Did God say, “ye shall be as gods” or “you will be like God?” To say “you will be like God” is a coverup of the Devil’s plan for the transhumanism of mankind, because the Devil promised Eve that “ye shall not surely die” (Genesis 3:4) if they eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. That’s where we know that little-g gods don’t die like men, as evident in:
Psalms 82:6-7 "I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. 7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes."
Transhumanism necessarily involves a change of what used to be you originally, to that which they want you to become, ultimately culminating towards the mark of the beast in Revelation 13. Therefore, the next step in the evolution of mankind is for men to be as gods. Satan is an immortal little-g god. Man is on his way to become immortal little-g gods, and he will achieve that with the help of modern technology. However, that’s not what modern bible versions tell us. One last example to share:
In Revelation 22:16, Jesus proclaimed himself to be the “root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.” In Isaiah 14:12 of modern bible versions, however, we read of a figure who was called "morning star" or "day star" that have been thrown down from heaven. That, according to Revelation 22:16, makes Jesus that “morning star” that was cut down to the ground. According to Isaiah 14:12 of the 1611 King James Bible, however, it was clear that it was “Lucifer” the Devil who was fallen from heaven, and that was confirmed in Luke 10:18 where Jesus said “I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.” In fact, only the 1611 King James Bible reveals the Devil’s name as Lucifer. All modern bible versions call him “Day Star” or “morning star.” Even the New King James puts a footnote on this verse, casting doubt on people’s mind as to whether the Devil is called “Lucifer.”
The above were only a few examples I’ve shared on the mis-translations, contradictions and blasphemies we can find in corruptible modern bible versions. In fact, this is only the tip of the iceberg, and we can expect to find thousands more.
Psalms 12:6-8 "The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. 7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. 8 The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest men are exalted."
Years ago, I met a Christian who basically denied that God has preserved his static and immutable words unto this generation. This person reads from a modern bible version and he does not believe that God is able to preserve his words perfectly in any bible version, including the 1611 King James Bible. I remember asking him:
“Does God know the genealogy from Adam to Jesus Christ from the beginning?”
He said, “yea, of course, because he is God.”
Then I asked, “Does God know each and every character in the Holy Bible, be they saints or sons of Belial, angels or devils, and how they will play out their part according to the word of God, from the beginning?”
He said, “yea, of course, because he is God.”
Then, I asked, “Does God know your past and your future, the past and the future of every single man and woman who was ever born or will be born, every single event, even from the beginning?”
He said, “of course, because he is the most High.”
Then, I asked, “Does God know each and every word, every jot and every tittle, and how they will be written, translated, arranged and numbered in the 66 Holy Books of the word of God, even from the beginning?”
He said, “God only inspired the words in the original manuscripts, but today, we don't have those manuscripts with us. They have been lost in the passage of time.”
I replied, “Well, if God’s words can be lost in time, then God has lied according to Psalms 12:6-7 because he has failed to preserve his words “from this generation for ever.” He is not God, rather, time is.”
1 Peter 1:24-25 "For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: 25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you."
Peter tells us that while the grass withereth and the flower falleth away, the word of the Lord endureth forever. The original manuscripts will fade away with time, but God's word will never fade away with those manuscripts. Why? Because God promised that he will preserve his words for us, and God is not a man that he should lie. Therefore it is not the “oldest and best” manuscripts, but God was the one who preserved his words perfectly for us, up to every jot and every tittle, and up to this day.
Ecclesiastes 3:14 “I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.”
Moreover, the words of the Lord can be translated into another language, but nothing can be added nor anything taken away from it. If God was the one who inspired the translation, nothing can be put to it, nor anything taken away from it, and God doeth it, that men should fear before him. The language can be different, but the words of the LORD must continue in spirit and in truth. Amen? In fact, that’s how both Old and New Testament saints were saved, despite them having lived in different times and places, spoke different languages and not had the whole volume of the word of God with them. The gospel is the culmination of every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God, from Genesis to Revelation.
Matthew 4:4 "But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."
Consider the following:
Noah did not have the whole volume of the Holy Bible, neither did he have the 1611 King James Bible.
Abraham and Lot did not have the whole volume of the Holy Bible, neither did they have the 1611 King James Bible.
David and Solomon did not have the whole volume of the Holy Bible, neither did they have the 1611 King James Bible.
Daniel and Nebuchadnezzar did not have the whole volume of the Holy Bible, neither did they have the 1611 King James Bible.
Esther and Mordecai did not have the whole volume of the Holy Bible, neither did they have the 1611 King James Bible.
Well, neither did they have the so-called “original manuscripts,” but what they did have is every word of God in the language that they understood. They had every word of God given to them in the times and places that they lived in, and were saved by receiving the words of the LORD by faith in the language that they both spoke and understood. Those were the words of the LORD that God has preserved from generation to generation for his saints, albeit in different languages.
The question is: “Do we have the perfect word of God with us to this day?”
Of course, because God was the one who preserved his words and translated his words for us, as he did for the Old and New Testament saints. In the English language, it is the 1611 King James Bible. This is the bible that God has translated for us from the words he has inspired and preserved from generation to generation. Modern bible versions are based on entirely different manuscripts, non-inspired manuscripts that were fraudulent to begin with, and are still evolving. Therefore, they cannot be the words that God hath preserved and translated for us.
John 17:8 "For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me."
The gospel that every born again believer has received came from every word of God that God the Father has given to mankind from since the beginning. The gospel of Jesus Christ are the words that God the Father has given to us which testify of the Son of man, Jesus Christ, that we might believe that he is the Son of God, the Saviour of the world who came from above. Remember I talked about “corruptible gospel” at the onset of this post? Do we have an example of how the gospel was corrupted in modern bible versions? Consider this passage of scripture:
Genesis 22:2 "And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of."
Genesis 22 is a prototype of the New Testament gospel that has been delivered unto the saints, because God gave his only begotten Son Jesus Christ as the Lamb of God to die for the sins of the whole world, to be a burnt offering for a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD (Numbers 28:6). The 1611 King James Bible says "offer him there for a burnt offering" in Genesis 22:2. The NIV, however, changed this verse to say "Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering…" Did God ask Abraham to sacrifice Isaac his son as a burnt offering? The 1611 King James Bible says “offer,” and this is correct because we know that Isaac was not sacrificed. Rather, God provided himself a lamb, as in:
Genesis 22:8 KJV "And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together."
Well, if God told Abraham to sacrifice Isaac, but did not do that which he had originally purposed, he became a liar. We know that God literally provided himself a lamb for a burnt offering, when the Son of God Jesus Christ came as the Lamb of God in the New Testament. However, in modern bible versions, this verse has been corrupted to say:
NKJV: "God will provide for Himself the lamb"
NASB: "God will provide for Himself the lamb"
NIV: "God himself will provide the lamb"
ESV: "God will provide for himself the lamb"
They only added one word “for,” and that changes the whole gospel of grace. Apparently, the translators of these carnal bible versions did not believe that God provided himself a lamb for a burnt offering back in Genesis 22, as a figure of the things which was to come in the New Testament. It not only broke the link between this passage of scripture and the Son of God in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John who came as the Lamb which taketh away the sin of the world, but Jesus Christ did not come in the flesh according to Genesis 22:8 of modern bible versions.
1 John 4:3 "And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world."
That, according to John, is the spirit of antichrist, and this is that evil spirit embedded in the corruptible words of every modern bible version, pretending to be the Spirit of the LORD. There are many such irreconcilable differences between modern bible versions and the 1611 King James Bible. That is the work of the spirit of antichrist adding unto and taking away from the word of God. Consider this verse:
Proverbs 14:5 "A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies."
A “witness” is someone who gives his testimony in attestation of the truth. For example:
Matthew 18:11 KJV "For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost."
The same was also repeated in:
Luke 19:10 KJV "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost."
In repeating the same thing in Matthew 18:11, a faithful witness was established in Luke 19:10. Amen!! In the NIV and the rest of the modern bible versions, however, we find that Matthew 18:11 was completely taken out. Not a single trace was left.
That means only Luke 19:10 is left behind, standing alone. What has been accomplished in these corruptible bible versions, was that they have just removed a faithful witness from the whole counsel of the word of God. In removing the “faithful witness” in Matthew 18:11, then according to Matthew 18:16 or 2 Corinthians 13:1, the words that God hath spoken can no longer be established, which is to say, the Holy Bible is no longer inerrant and infallible. Moreover, in removing the “faithful witness,” a false witness which utter lies will be established in its place according to Proverbs 14:5. That's why modern bible versions are full of mistakes and contradictions. That's why modern bible versions cannot produce faithful believers of the word of God. That's the reason why the NIV and the rest of the modern bible versions play a very important role in the “falling away” (2 Thessalonians 2:3) of churches that is already taking place, building up to one spectacular event that shall happen to the whole world in time to come. Perhaps that’s why Manly P. Hall touted on the importance of the Sinaiticus to change Christian worldview of the Holy Bible, to loosen churches’ grip on the 1611 King James Bible, so that they can be moulded into accepting the one world religion.
