Someone from my facebook group asked me to explain on the phrase “four winds” in the words of the LORD in the 1611 King James Bible. In all my studies, I seldom refer to this phrase, and so to understand, I need to seek the LORD for knowledge and understanding.
Matthew 18:16 "But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established."
2 Corinthians 13:1 "This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established."
I don’t want it to be my own interpretation, but that the answer must come from the two or three witnesses in the 66 books of the Holy Bible. So, this would be the basis I carry out the search, as in all my other posts. I will be looking for the two or three witnesses from the Holy Bible alone, while praying to God for knowledge and understanding.
First and foremost, what is “wind” in the Holy Bible?
Ecclesiastes 1:6 "The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits."
According to this verse, wind “goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north”, which is to say, it goes down and then goes up and down in a circuitry direction. Notice the Bible use the words “whirleth about continually”, which is to say, while the wind goes from the down to up and returning according to its circuit, it moves like a “whirlwind”.
The whirlwind patterns after the Fibonacci sequence. As recent as the last one to two hundred years, science has established that anything from the size of DNA and the frequency of electrons to the shape of galaxies, everything follows the pattern of the Fibonacci sequence.
Job 1:7 "And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it."
Job 2:2 "And the LORD said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it."
These two verses tell us how Satan moves. Notice he goes “to and fro in the earth”, just like how a wind whirleth about in a continuous forward and backward motion. Not only that, but Satan also walks “up and down” in the earth, just like how wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north and returneth again according to his circuits.
Below is another reference to Satan:
Job 1:19 "And, behold, there came a great wind from the wilderness, and smote the four corners of the house, and it fell upon the young men, and they are dead; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee."
The context of this verse was when the LORD gave Job and everything he had into the hands of the Devil, and he came as a great wind from the wilderness, and smote the four corners of the house, so that it fell and killed Job’s children.
Ephesians 2:2 "Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:"
There is an evil spirit known as “the prince of the power of the air” as Paul has revealed in this verse. This is the spirit that worketh in the children of disobedience, as opposed to “obedient children” (1 Peter 1:14) which is a reference to born again believers.
Acts 2:1-4 "And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."
The Holy Ghost is also a wind, a “rushing mighty wind” according to this passage. The Holy Ghost is the Spirit of God that works in the children of obedience as opposed to the “great wind” (Job 1:19) or the “prince of the power of the air” (Ephesians 2:2), the evil spirit that worketh in the children of disobedience.
Job 37:9 "Out of the south cometh the whirlwind: and cold out of the north."
Recall how Satan goes to and fro in the earth and walks up and down in it. Likewise, the whirlwind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north. With the above understanding, let us look at some references from the Bible about whirlwind.
2 Kings 2:11 "And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven."
How did Elijah go up into heaven? According to this verse, Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. He was carried by an angel into heaven.
Matthew 24:30-31 "And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
Likewise, when the Lord comes again for his elect, he shall send his angels and they shall gather the elect from the earth into heaven to be with the Lord.
Isaiah 66:15 "For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire."
Isaiah compares the chariots of the LORD to a whirlwind. Ezekiel 1 gives the details of the chariots of the LORD (four living creatures), which Isaiah compares to a whirlwind. What about the term “four winds”? This phrase is found 9 times in the 1611 King James Bible.
Jeremiah 49:36 "And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come."
Mark 13:27 "And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven."
Jeremiah tells us in this verse that God will bring the “four winds” from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them towards those four winds. Jesus tells us that his angels shall gather God’s elect from the “four winds”, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven. Mark 13:27 is a reference to:
Matthew 24:31 "And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
Taken together, these three verses tells us that the four quarters of heaven is the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven, from one end of heaven to the other. Moreover, notice that the people are in the “four winds”, but at the same time they are also in the four quarters of heaven (surface of the earth). Recall in Ephesians 2:2 the term “prince of the power of the air”. There is an evil principality which presides over “the air”, where the people are, and he has power over the children of disobedience in the four winds.
Daniel 7:2-3 "Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. 3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another."
Notice in this passage the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea, and then came up from the sea four great beasts, diverse one from the other. Winds are spirits. What about sea?
Psalms 18:16 "He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters."
Revelation 17:15 "And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues."
The waters are the peoples, multitudes, nations and tongues, and it is from the many waters that God drew born again believers out of.
Exodus 2:10 "And the child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses: and she said, Because I drew him out of the water."
Moses was so named because he was drew out of the water, even as born again believers were also drew out of many waters.
Genesis 6:1-4 "And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. 3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. 4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown."
Giants were born out of the unholy union between the sons of God (angels) and the daughters of men. Likewise, when the four winds of heaven strove against the great sea, four great beasts came out of the sea. Daniel 7:2-3 is a picture of the sons of God and the daughters of men producing giants, mighty men of old, and men of renown. The four winds is a reference to the sons of God (angels) and the great sea is a reference to the daughters of men. The four great beasts is a reference to the abominations that came forth from the unholy union. Giants are not men, though they were born of the daughters of men. They came as a result of mingled seeds, and is a reference to transhumanism.
Thank you! The Holy Bible is so rich.
Thank you, this is so good and so much truth being revealed to His people in these end days. ❤️
