I would like to start by quoting from this verse: Proverbs 7:6 "¶ For at the window of my house I looked through my casement," A window is a casement, an opening in the wall of a house for the admission of light and air, such as in this verse “the window of my house.” Another keyword in this verse is the word “looked.” It is through the window that we see things from inside the house. Our body is a temple according to Paul in:
