This post continues from Pharaoh King of Egypt (Part 12), where I’ve shown from scripture, the resurrection of the dead, as a foundational doctrine in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
However, most Christians believe the mark has something to do with transhumanism, so that’s what we/they are expecting. I think the Word/Spirit of the Lord being taken out of the way leads to confusion, anger, thus falling away… just wondering in written form…
The mark of the beast is first and foremost expressly forbidden by God in scripture. It is like how God had forbidden man from taking the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in Genesis 2. To take the mark of the beast would be to transgress the commandment of God. When Adam and Eve took from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, the penalty was physical death. Likewise, for those who shall take the mark of the beast, their penalty would be the second death in the lake of fire. It is true that the mark of the beast has every bit to do with transhumanism. You think about why Jesus came: to redeem mankind from their sins. That's why the Devil’s way to remove salvation is transhumanism. A transhuman is technically not a human, just like GMOs that have been genetically modified so that they no longer retain the original characteristics. That is also what the mark of the beast will do to the temple of God (our body), so that the Spirit of the Lord would not dwell in, leaving it for that man of sin, the son of perdition.
Thank you! I understand what taking the mark does to the human body and thus salvation, but I know a lot of strong Christians that will not accept the mark. They will be glad to die for Christ, instead. However, they may believe in an untrue (Darby/Scofield) doctrine… I know you’ve written that this is a salvation issue, but I am not 100% sure, yet… However, you are making a case eloquently.. Onward, I go to Part 14!
You said the Spirit of the Lord is the Word, so could it be that when people no longer know the true “Word”, that could be the “Spirit of the Lord” going away? At the same time, the falling away occurs because Christians are hardened due to the deception of the pre-trib teachings and other false teachings.
"Where the written word of God is, the Spirit of the Lord is also. The written word of God is the word of truth. The Spirit of the Lord is the Spirit of truth. One cannot be decoupled from the other. That's why when people reject the written word of God, they have also at the same time rejected the Spirit of the Lord, and Jesus being the Word means they have rejected Jesus. That is also why the written word of God has been under a lot of attack all the time i.e. the modern bible versions and doctrines which perverts the interpretation of the word of God such as dispensationalism. The written word of God is the only interface we have between the physical realm and the spiritual realm, between mankind and God. That's why Jesus is also the “door” and the “strait gate” that leadeth to life. You reject “the way,” you reject “the life,” you have rejected Jesus.
Thank you. I almost said, what if those people don’t KNOW they’re being deceived? How terrible to live your whole life “for Christ”, and be deceived. But then, I recall (can’t remember book/verse where the Bible says they believed a lie as the truth (they were basically doomed). So no “get out of jail free” cards, I guess.
People with truly "honest and good heart" (Luke 8:11) will always come to the knowledge of the truth. Their faith in God will resonate with the scriptures they received as the word of God.

I feel the same way”mark” has something to do with transhumanism, too.

2 Thessalonians 2:10-12
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
