This post continues from where I have left off at Pharaoh King of Egypt (Part 24), where I have started discussing from scripture how the “body of sin” (Romans 6:6) is at work to undo what God has done at Babel in Genesis 11.
- AS A MOTHER I RAISED MY CHILDREN TO LEARN TO KNOW
“GOOD, FROM ‘ EVIL’ BY MOSTLY MY TEACHING AT FIRST. I ALSO TRAINED THEM TO COMMUNICATE WELL. I TAUGHT THEM TO KNOW, LEARN, & TO CREATE, BUILD. I WANTED THEM TO GROW UP , LEARN, AND, BUILD.
I SHOWED THEM THEIR TALENTS.
I EXPLAINED CAREFULLY WHAT, & WHY I TAUGHT AS I DID.
I EXPLAINED THE NEEDS TO LEARN WELL, & TO USE WHAT YOU WERE TAUGHT - AS THEY DID NOT ALWAYS
CONSIDER MY LESSONS DESIRABLE .
BUT, EVENTUALLY THEY LEARNED LOT FROM MANY SOURCES.
THE LORD WAS VERY INSTRUMENTAL IN ALL THESE LESSONS ON BOTH SiDES. I LEARNED A LOT AS WELL FROM OUR LORD, AND, HIS WORD, AND, THE SAINTS. JESUS IS AN EXCELLENT TEACHER IN LOVE.
THIS SET OF EXPERIENCES DOES NOT SEEM TO FIT INTO THE EXPLANATIONS THAT I READ IN YOUR WRITING .
I’VE TRIED ALL OF MY NOW 78 YEARS TO TRULY UNDERSTAND HIS WORD WHICH I WAS WELL TAUGHT .
I KNOW WHAT A godman IS FROM THE WORD OF GOD IN JESUS’ TEACHINGS.
SIN IS ACTS THAT SEPARATE MAN FROM GOD, AND, DAMAGE MANKIND, REQUIRING REPENTANCE TO GOD.
NO MAN IS G O O D EXCEPT GOD HIMSELF . HE IS OUR EVERYTHING.
ESSENTIALLY WE ARE ALL GROWING UP INTO THE HOUSEHOLD OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS IN GOD THE FATHER. WE LEARN FROM HIS WORD, AND, HIS OWN SPEAKING.
WE GROW UP INTO CHRIST JESUS IN GOD THE FATHER AS WE UTILIZE OUR HUMAN Spirit mingling WITH HIS DIVINE SPIRIT, INTO THE FULL IMAGE, AND, LIKENESS OF THE TRIUNE GOD, MUCH LIKE PAUL.
WE ARE CHOOSING CONTINUALLY TO BE CHANGED BY OUR GOD INTO HIS IMAGE, AND, LIKENESS THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN HIM THROUGH HIS OWN SPEAKING TO, AND, IN US, IN OUR HUMAN Spirit MINGLING WITH HIS DIVINE SPIRIT IN LOVE.
I AM NOT AWARE OF THE FUTILITY OF HUMAN SIN IN MY LIFE, OR, OTHERS’ . GOD IS IN CHARGE FULLY. I TRUST HIM. HE IS FAITHFUL.
WHAT MEN ARE SO CONTORTED AS TO BE CONDEMNED SO CONSTANTLY AS TO BE TORTURED AND, DRIVEN TO TOTAL FAILURE..?? SOUNDS LIKE A CONCENTRATION CAMP, TRULY..
HELP ME TO GET YOUR POINTS... PLEASE. MATHEMATICALLY, I SEE YOUR POINTS - BUT, YOUR POINTS ARE CONFUSING.
I AM MOST SINCERE .
THE LORD TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES IN MY MUCH OLDER YEARS THAT HE CAME INTO ME AT THE AGE OF TWO IN CHURCH WHEN I ASKED, BUT, WAS REFUSED. I WAS BAPTIZED AT TWELVE AFTER BEING TAUGHT THE WORD, WHICH HAS CONTINUED EVER SINCE.
THE LORD SAYS “ASK, AND, IT SHALL BE GIVEN TO YOU, PRESSED DOWN, AND, RUNNING OVER”...!!! THAT IS TRUTH.
SO, I’M ASKING . THANK YOU FOR MAKING YOURSELF AVAILABLE .
What is God's love? The best example of God's love is our Lord Jesus Christ. God the Father gave his only begotten Son who did no sin to be a propitiation for our sins. That is a Father's love. More than that, however, God literally gave us "the truth" (John 14:6) so that we may be saved. Very often, "the truth" sounds like hate to those who hate the truth. Contradicting as it may sound, it is our coming to the knowledge of the truth that made us free. Just like in this verse:
Proverbs 27:5-6 "Open rebuke is better than secret love. 6 Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful."
What would you do, seeing someone erring on the way to destruction? Is it "love" to rebuke him, or is it "love" to condone him, say nothing bad or hurtful, and let him continue on his way to destruction? The bible calls it "faithful" to inflict a "wound" on that person. On the other hand, it is "deceitful" if you knew the truth, but won't tell it to him.
Very often, the act of giving someone the truth is to rebuke him from scriptures. We read that very often in the Old Testament, such as in this passage:
Jeremiah 36:2-3 "Take thee a roll of a book, and write therein all the words that I have spoken unto thee against Israel, and against Judah, and against all the nations, from the day I spake unto thee, from the days of Josiah, even unto this day. 3 It may be that the house of Judah will hear all the evil which I purpose to do unto them; that they may return every man from his evil way; that I may forgive their iniquity and their sin."
That was God rebuking the children of Israel who have turned from his way through the mouth of Jeremiah the prophet, and the "love" in giving the truth is that the house of Judah will hear his words, and repent every man from his evil way, so that their sins may be forgiven. What if God won't rebuke them? Is it still love?
The truth will sound harsh to those who hate it. In this case, the children of Israel did not turn away from their sins, and God judged them according to his words, as did a father who chastised a son.
Hebrews 12:6-8 "For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? 8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons."
This passage of scripture tells u s that God will chastise whom he loveth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. Again, the bible calls it "love," for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? In fact, verse 8 tells us that if God won't chastise you, you are not his son.
In the case of the children of Israel, they have trampled "the truth" under their feet, and therefore, they must face the consequences. The consequences are not pleasant, but it is God's way of loving them. Ultimately, the truth is for everyone, but not everyone is for the truth. There are the few who will repent at rebuke, but most people won't, because they have already rejected the truth in their hearts.
1 John 4:6-9 "We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. 7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him."
Truly born again believers will hear the words of the LORD and bear the chastisement, but pretend Christians will not. John tells us in verse 6 that there is a "spirit of truth" and a "spirit of error." Only those who truly love God, who have the love of the truth in them, have the spirit of truth in them. Verse 9 tells us that he that love not the truth "knoweth not God." He does not care if God gave his only begotten Son to fulfill the demands of the law for his sins. God is love, but there is a price for justice. Jesus paid the price for it with his life, for those who love God and love the truth. For those who love God and love the truth, we "must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God." (Acts 14:22) God did not make it easy for us. This is his way of making full proof of our faith in the word of God.
