More than once, I have been asked questions related to the rapture, on my views on when the rapture is going to happen, and also why I strongly reject the dispensational view of the “pre-tribulation rapture” that so many churches and Christians all over the world have accepted as the eschatological truth.
The children of God are not going to be recipients of the wrath of God. They will experience tribulations but not the “ Great Tribulation”. That is reserved for the enemies of God.
Luke 21:36
Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
He’s not telling us to pray for something that he knows is impossible.
Luke 21:36 "Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be ACCOUNTED WORTHY to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man."
What is "accounted worthy?" The only other time this term is used is found in:
Luke 20:34-36 "And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: 35 But they which shall be ACCOUNTED WORTHY to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: 36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection."
One is "accounted worthy" when there is an account of his deeds before God. According to Luke 20:35-36, they which shall be accounted worthy to stand before the Son of man are the ones that have obtained unto the resurrection of the dead, so that they can die no more, being equal unto angels, the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
1 John 5:4-5 "For whatsoever is born of God OVERCOMETH the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?"
These are genuinely born again believers who have overcome the world by faith in the word of God.
Revelation 20:4 "And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years."
These are born again believers who were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands. They are the ones who have been accounted worthy to stand before the Son of man in judgment. They have obtained unto the resurrection of the dead and shall reign with Christ for a thousand years.
Your missing my point I think. There is a difference between the tribulation the church will endure from the world and the Great Tribulation that the world will receive from God after the rapture.
Amen 🙌
Revelation 7:3 KJV
“Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.”
The children of God are not going to be recipients of the wrath of God. They will experience tribulations but not the “ Great Tribulation”. That is reserved for the enemies of God.

Matthew 24:13 "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved."
There are those few who shall endure unto the end. They are the ones accounted worthy among the many to stand before the Son of man.
The end of what?
The end of life...not the end of time.
“Accounted worthy” refers to believers.
