In this passage, we again see a reference to "the truth". The psalmist calls the law of God "the truth", and this phrase “law of God” is found exactly 7 times in the 1611 King James Bible.
Nehemiah 8:8 "So they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading."

Hebrews 13:8 "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever."
The truth cannot be changed. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Likewise, the words in the book of the LORD cannot be changed, because the words of the LORD is the same yesterday, today and forever. The living God is the spiritual form of the written Word, and the written Word is the physical form of the living God.

1 Peter 1:15-19 "But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; 16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. 17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear: 18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lambwithout blemish and without spot:"
Peter tells us that born again believers (holy men of God) were not redeemed with “corruptible things“. He also tells us that we were redeemed with the precious blood of Christ, which is “without blemish and without spot”. Therefore, to be holy is to be without blemish and without spot.

1 Peter 1:23 "Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever."

Luke 8:11 "Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God."

This is the same Jesus, without blemish and without spot, which was from of old, from everlasting. This is the same Jesus, “the truth”, that has no beginning and no end, and the same Jesus from yesterday, and is the same today, and forever.
