2 Corinthians 10:3-5 "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;"
What are “thoughts?” The bible tells us in this verse:
Proverbs 15:26 "The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to the LORD: but the words of the pure are pleasant words."
Here, the bible compares the thoughts of the wicked to the words of the pure. Also to be noted is that “pleasant words” are compared to “abomination to the LORD” in this verse. The words of the LORD are pleasant words, as opposed to the lying lips of men, as in:
Proverbs 12:22 "Lying lips are abomination to the LORD: but they that deal truly are his delight."
Here, the bible tells us that “lying lips” are abomination to the LORD. Moreover, thoughts are words spoken in the heart, as in:
Proverbs 23:7 "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee."
Obadiah 1:3 "¶ The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground?"
The thoughts of the wicked are lying words spoken in the heart, and they are an abomination to God. According to Obadiah, it is the “pride of thine heart” that deceives a person. Pride is an abomination unto the LORD, as opposed to “pleasant words.”
Proverbs 16:24 "Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones."
Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, sweet to the soul. It is food for the soul. Referring to the words of the LORD:
Psalms 119:103 "How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!"
The words of the LORD are sweet words, and food for the soul. Proverbs 15:26 calls it “words of the pure.” Connect this to:
Psalms 12:6 "The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times."
The words of the LORD are pure words, and it is not only found in the 66 books of the Holy Bible, but also in the honest and good hearts of every born again believer. Words are also the physical form of a spirit, as in:
Proverbs 1:23 "Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you."
John 6:63 "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life."
Just like our spirit and body, one cannot be decoupled from the other. Words are invisible but discernible, and they are a medium of exchange between the physical realm and the spiritual realm. For example, we pray to God with words, we praise God with words, and we sing to the LORD with words.
John 4:24 "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."
God is a Person, and he is also a Spirit. The word “truth” in this verse is a reference to the written word of God in the 66 books of the Holy Bible. Words are the physical form of a spirit, and so when we pray to God, or we praise God, or we sing to the LORD speaking the truth from our hearts, we are in fact worshipping God in spirit and in truth.
Psalms 120:7 "I am for peace: but when I speak, they are for war."
Likewise, the psalmist tells us in this verse that words are a weapon of war. Words are powerful because there is a spirit embedded in them. The words of the LORD are powerful because of the Spirit of the LORD embedded in them. But pride is also a spirit according to this verse:
Proverbs 16:18 "Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall."
Obadiah 1:3 tells us that it is the “pride of thine heart” that deceives. That, according to Proverbs 16:18, is a haughty spirit speaking abominable things to you with his “lying lips” (Proverbs 12:22). Words will manifest themselves in the form of thoughts by which your actions are directed.
1 John 2:16 "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world."
As long as the “pride of life” (1 John 2:16) continues to have influence over you, you will always be a sinner. Pride being an evil spirit, will always tell you to break the commandments of God, working death in you by that which is good, so that sin by the commandment might become exceedingly sinful. You know it’s wrong, yet you still do it. That’s why Paul tells us in:
Romans 7:12-13 "Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. 13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful."
Paul continues in the next two verses:
Romans 7:14-15 "For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. 15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I."
The reason why pride can have power over a man is because we are all carnal and sold under sin. A sinner can never meet the requirements of the law of God, for even that he thinks is good, he do not, but that which he hates, that he do. Paul further elaborates in the next two verses:
Romans 7:16-17 "If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. 17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me."
Another name for pride is “sin.” Paul tells us in these verses that “pride,” being a lying spirit, will work in you and cause you to do that which you would not, and cause you to break the law of God, which you consent is good. Paul continues:
Romans 7:18-19 "For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. 19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do."
Recall what Paul tells us in Romans 7:14, that we are all carnal and sold under sin? If we are sold under sin, that means that sin has power over us, and we have learned from the earlier part that “pride” is another name for sin. There is a “no good thing” called “sin” that dwelleth in our flesh. So long as this “no good thing” dwells in us, it will continue to have power over us, so that the good that we would, we do not, but the evil that we would not, that we do. James tells us to resist “the devil” in this verse:
James 4:7 "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
Having come this far into the study, we know “the devil” in us is what Proverbs 16:18 tells us, that pride is a “haughty spirit.” The same verse also promises that if we submit ourselves to this haughty spirit, our end would be destruction. That’s why James tells us to “submit yourselves therefore to God.” (James 4:7) Jesus further tells us in this verse:
Matthew 6:24 "¶ No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."
Notice there are only “two masters,” and the two masters are God and mammon. That is also to say, “mammon” is another name for pride, just like what we read in Romans 7:17, that “sin” is another name for pride. We either submit to pride or we submit to God. We will either hate one and love the other, or else we hold to one and despise the other.
Job 41:34 "He beholdeth all high things: he is a king over all the children of pride."
Referring to the leviathan, which is a picture of the Devil, here the bible tells us that the Devil is a “king over all the children of pride.” Strictly speaking, there are only two groups of people in this world:
born again believers who are submited to the King of kings and the Lord of lords.
the rest of the world who are submited to the king over all the children of pride.
Ephesians 2:2 "Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:"
Paul reveals this “king over all the children of pride” as the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience. There is a spirit at work in every child of disobedience, for a higher purpose, of course. The opposite of the “children of disobedience” is like what Peter tells us:
1 Peter 1:13-14 "Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; 14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:"
While the children of disobedience who walk according to the course of this world continue to fashion themselves according to the “lusts” in their ignorance, “obedient children” who are not ignorant of the devices of the Devil do not. One of the keywords to note in this passage of scripture is “ignorance.” Ignorance of scripture is the reason why the prince of the power of the air can have power over people, and the Devil will use your ignorance against you, as he did to Eve in the garden of Eden.
Recall what James tells us in this verse:
James 4:7 "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
When we are obedient to God and the word of God, we are automatically disobedient to the Devil. In Judges 6:32, Gideon was called “Jerubbaal” meaning “let Baal plead against him” because he was disobedient to the Devil when he was obedient to God. Born again believers are called to “resist the devil,” even as the children of pride resist the truth, just like how Jannes and Jambres who withstood Moses:
2 Timothy 3:8 "Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith."
These are men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith of Jesus and of God’s elect. As children of disobedience, they are heavily predisposed to be disobedient to God. Jesus calls them children of the Devil in this passage of scripture:
John 8:43-45 "Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. 44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. 45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not."
The children of pride are by nature obedient to their king the Devil which Proverbs 16:18 calls a “haughty spirit,” and being haughty means that they are predisposed to disobey the commandments of the LORD. Jesus further tells us in John 8:44 that the lusts of the Devil they will do. Obadiah 1:3 tells us that “the pride of thine heart have deceived thee,” which is to say, the method the Devil gets them to do his will is by way of deception. Paul tells us:
2 Thessalonians 2:10 "And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved."
The children of pride will disobey the commandments of the LORD because they have not the love of the truth in them, that they might be saved. The hate of the truth automatically translates to the love of a lie, and the love of a lie is where the Devil gets them to do his will, by bringing into captivity their thoughts to the obedience of the lie. For this cause, for rejecting the truth that they might be saved, God will even send them strong delusions, that they should believe in a lie:
2 Thessalonians 2:11 "And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:"
Isaiah elaborates in these two verses:
Isaiah 66:3-4 "… Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations. 4 I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not."
God will even help the Devil. Notice how he will choose their delusions so that these children of disobedience should not be awakened, but continue in the lusts of their father the Devil, all the while insisting that they are right, and all the King James Bible onlyists, all the conspiracy theorists, all the anti-semites, and all the anti-vaxxers out there are wrong for opposing the mainstream narratives. Isaiah 66:4 tells us that deep inside those children of pride, however, they fear.
Judges 6:23 "And the LORD said unto him, Peace be unto thee; fear not: thou shalt not die."
Note the contrast of opposites in this verse? Fear is the absence of peace. While it may not be apparent to us, the bible tells us that there is no peace in these children of pride because of fear: fear of the unknown, and fear for the worst to come.
Isaiah 48:22 "There is no peace, saith the LORD, unto the wicked."
There is no peace unto the wicked, saith the LORD, and Isaiah 66:4 tells us that God will surely bring their fears upon them because when he called, none did answer; and when he spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before his eyes, and chose that in which he delighted not. Compare them to the children of God who are submitted to the King of kings and Lord of lords. There is peace with born again believers who have received the love of the truth, even though the whole world may be stacked against them.
Matthew 7:13-14 "¶ Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."
The children of God who are obedient to his will are the people on the narrow way to life. We are called to “resist the devil” (James 4:7), and God did not leave us on earth without help. The psalmist tells us in Psalms 120:7 that words are a weapon of warfare, and that’s what we use to resist the devil with. Moreover, Paul tells us to put on the whole armour of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Ephesians 6:11 "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."
The whole armour of God would enable a born again believer to stand against the wiles of the devil, and James 4:7 tells us that when we resist the devil, he will flee from us. Devils are not flesh and blood entities that we could fight them with physical weapons of warfare. Paul confirms that in the next verse:
Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
These are the devils that James 4:7 tells us to resist, namely: [1] principalities, [2] powers, [3] rulers of the darkness of this world, and [4] spiritual wickedness in high places. We are told to stand against the wiles of the devil, to resist them with the whole armour of God which consists of seven items, namely:
“having your loins girt about with truth;” (Ephesians 6:14)
“having on the breastplate of righteousness;” (Ephesians 6:14)
“your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;” (Ephesians 6:15)
“taking the shield of faith;” (Ephesians 6:16)
“take the helmet of salvation;” (Ephesians 6:17)
“take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;” (Ephesians 6:17)
“Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.” (Ephesians 6:18)
These are the seven pieces of items in the whole armour of God, the weapons of our warfare that we use to pull down strong holds, and to cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and to bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. There are unseen spiritual forces out there constantly at work to eradicate the kingdom of God from off the surface of the earth. The psalmist tells us:
Psalms 64:2-3 "Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity: 3 Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:"
The wicked will take secret counsel against the righteous, and war against them with their tongue that whet like a sword, and their bows that are bent to shoot arrows at God’s people, even with bitter words. In fact, what happened during the recent COVID19 plandemic bears a close resemblance to this passage of scripture: how they have secretly conspired against the entire world population in an attempt to depopulate the earth by their “solution” and to unleash new levels of tyranny upon us.
Psalms 41:7-9 "All that hate me whisper together against me: against me do they devise my hurt. 8 An evil disease, say they, cleaveth fast unto him: and now that he lieth he shall rise up no more. 9 Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me."
This passage of scripture aptly describes how they have “whispered together,” or conspired against God’s people to devise their hurt. The words in verse 8 “An evil disease, say they, cleaveth fast unto him” closely parallels what they did to us during the COVID19 plandemic, by falsely accusing us of the things we are not guilty of, in order to lay false charges upon us.
Psalms 35:11 "False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not."
Remember the useless mask mandates, the fake PCR tests, and how they have put healthy people into ICU wards, only to kill them with Remdesivir? Remember how they have maliciously attacked Ivermectin and Hydroxy-Chloroquine among other drugs that have been successfully used in early treatment protocols, and have proven to be safe and effective? Remember how they have viciously come against the good doctors, scientists and statesmen who challenged their “science” and exposed their agenda? Remember how the governments, the Big Tech and the mainstream media are altogether working to censor what they labelled as “fake news” or “misinformation?” Remember their smear campaigns? Remember how they have falsely accused the unvaccinated of taking up all the ICU wards? Remember the No-Jab-No-Mall, the No-Jab-No-Church, the No-Jab-No-Sports or the No-Jab-No-Job mandates? Remember the shameless gaslighting? The “science” they have staged their authority upon was the “rock” by which their panel of experts, those false witnesses, that have risen up to lay false charges against the unvaccinated for the things that they knew not and are not guilty of. Even the churches were together with them to help push their “solution” on the church members.
Psalms 41:9 tells us that even our “own familiar friend,” the churches that we go to, and the people we count as brethren, will lift up their heels against us. It all happened during the COVID19 plandemic, and that’s where we got to see their true colours. What then, do we do in such a case? Recall what Paul tells us in Ephesians 6:11, that we are to put on the whole armour of God, so that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil?
Item #1: “having your loins girt about with truth” (Ephesians 6:14)
Proverbs 22:3 "A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished."
What is the truth about the whole COVID19 plandemic?
Have you done your own research instead of trusting in the mainstream narrative?
A prudent man is a wise man who reads his bible, compares spiritual things with spiritual, and having done his own research, carefully establish the truth about a matter. The opposite of the prudent man is the simple man who consumes anything put up by the government and the mainstream media.
John 17:17 "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth."
Truth will divide. It will set people apart. Obviously, what the prudent man perceives as truth would be very different from what the simple man believes as truth. The prudent man foreseeth the evil and hideth himself, but the simple man pass on, and will be punished for believing in a lie.
Item #2: “having on the breastplate of righteousness” (Ephesians 6:14)
Romans 4:2-3 "For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. 3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness."
Righteousness is the quality of being righteous. Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Abraham believed the words of the LORD, and God justified him for his faith. Righteousness and faith goes hand in hand. If your righteousness comes from God, you will by nature do the will of God because you believe in the word of God. You will seek the will of God concerning the COVID19 plandemic and the “solution” they have prepared for the problem they have created.
Item #3: “your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace” (Ephesians 6:15)
Romans 10:15 "And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!"
The gospel of peace is to be preached. If you are a born again believer, a child of God, you will take the gospel of peace wherever your feet will take you, and you will bring glad tidings of good things to others. By actively sharing the gospel through the knowledge of scripture in the things that the Spirit of God has revealed unto you, you will gain both enemies and friends. Yet, the truth will become more and more evident to you by the things your enemies and friends are associated with.
1 John 2:19 "They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us."
The people who have received and believed in the same gospel as you will no doubt continue with you in fellowship. But then, there are also those whom you thought would continue with you, only to find out that they have chosen to depart. In the words of John, “they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.” It is like the separation of the tares from the wheat during the time of the harvest. (Matthew 13:24-30)
Item #4: “taking the shield of faith” (Ephesians 6:16)
Habakkuk 2:4 "Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith."
The just shall live by his faith in every word of God. What is faith? Faith is like Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego who stood where everyone else around them fell down to worship the golden image that king Nebuchadnezzar hath made. When the bible says:
Exodus 20:3 "Thou shalt have no other gods before me."
That means that thou shalt have no other gods before the God of the Holy Bible. Those were the words that Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego obeyed by faith, and in so doing, they must disobey the king’s order to bow down and worship the golden image. They feared God more than they feared king Nebuchadnezzar. It doesn’t matter if that may cost them their lives, but the just shall live by his faith in every word of God.
“The greatest betrayal of all is the surrendering of the temple of God to the Devil.” — Max Wang
The same goes for the brave unvaccinated born again believers during the COVID19 plandemic. It doesn’t matter if the decision to stay pure may cost them their freedoms and incomes, they will never surrender the temple of God to the Devil to be defiled.
Item #5: “take the helmet of salvation” (Ephesians 6:17)
Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast."
The psalmist tells us in Psalms 37:39 “But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble.” Born again believers are saved by the grace of God through faith in the word of God. Not of works because God is the one who saved us, because we believed in his only begotten Son Jesus Christ. There is no work that we did that merited our salvation. Therefore, the strength to stand against the government’s coercion during the COVID19 plandemic did not come from us, if we are born again believers. We believed in the words of the LORD, and that becomes the strength of our salvation.
Item #6: “take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” (Ephesians 6:17)
Hebrews 4:12 "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
The word of God in the 66 books of the Holy Bible is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, and that is the weapon in the whole armour of God that is to be used offensively against any attackers that might come against us. it doesn’t matter if it may be the Devil himself, the sword of the Spirit is able to make him flee.
Perhaps half of the articles in my blog are COVID19-related. The reason why I will always take the sword of the Spirit and fight off any attackers is because the bible tells me that the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword. I knew early on that I would not be able to fight their science with my own understanding of their science. The most powerful weapon against them is the words of the LORD in the 66 books of the Holy Bible, the 1611 King James Bible.
Item #7: “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit” (Ephesians 6:18)
As what I have shared in the earlier part of this post, words are a medium of exchange between the physical realm and the spiritual realm, just like how we pray to God with words, we praise God with words, or we sing to the LORD with words.
Hebrews 11:6 "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
God is looking for faith when we pray to him, or when we make supplication unto him in the Spirit. Hebrews 11:6 tells us that God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. That also applies in the COVID19 plandemic, when the unvaccinated have no where to go and no one to turn to. For born again believers, we can only turn to God by praying to him always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.
Ecclesiastes 7:26 "And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her."
Without faith in the written word of God, it is impossible to please God. For the just who live by faith, however, the reward of pleasing God is that he shall deliver us from the woman, whose heart is snares and nets. Snares and nets are instruments that the wicked have laid for us. Their aim is to catch us unwares, so that we will not have time to react. We witnessed that during the COVID19 plandemic, how they were able to round up the general population quickly and forced poison needle after poison needle into their arms. Yet, for the just who live by faith in every word of God, God answered our prayers and delivered us.
Psalms 91:7-8 "A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. 8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked."

Amen, great article and much wisdom, well said, thank you and God bless you in Jesus Christ name 😍🙏
Thank you! Power packed word. Plan to make a printed copy for a deep-dive Bible study.
It is better to be divided by truth than to be united in error.
It is better to speak the truth that hurts and then heals, than falsehood that comforts and then kills.
It is better to be hated for telling the truth than to be loved for telling a lie.
It is better to stand alone with the truth, than to be wrong with a multitude.
It is better to ultimately succeed with the truth than to temporarily succeed with a lie.
There is only one Gospel and it’s TRUTH.
