Study on Daniel 9:27 "... and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." (Part 2)
MP3 article voiceover included.
This article continues from where I have left off at Study on Daniel 9:27 "… and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." (Part 1), where I have talked about the type of Christianity on earth in the last days prior to the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ that will perpetuate the "falling away" (Greek: "apostasia") which Paul has prophesied in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, would happen. The "falling away" must happen first, and that man of sin be revealed, before that day of the Lord comes. Paul tells us by inspiration of the Holy Ghost:
2 Thessalonians 2:1-4 "Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God."
Previously, I have shown from scriptures that the mark of the beast must first be implemented across every nation, tongue and people, and the temple of God be made desolate, before that man of sin, the son of perdition who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped, can sit in the temple of our body, shewing himself that he is God. Another key phrase to take note in this passage of scripture is "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first…" That was Paul giving a stern warning to the church that a great deception will be staged in connection to the timing of the day of the Lord, and he went on to confirm that the day of the Lord's return will not come except there come a "falling away" (Greek: "apostasia") first, and that man of sin be revealed. In Part 1, I have provided the scriptures comparing the "falling away" of apostate Christians to branches fallen off from the true vine (Jesus). Those apostate Christians were likened to dead branches that would be gathered and cast into the fire to be burned forever and ever. Jesus also provided another reference of the "falling away" in the parable of the sower:
Luke 8:13 "They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away."
Paul by inspiration of the Holy Ghost used the words "falling away" in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, making a connection to what Jesus tells us in Luke 8:13 about the type of heart which he compared to a shallow ground that looks like good ground on the surface, but underneath, is solid rock. Very deceptive indeed, because this type of heart belongs to Christians who appear to rejoice at the message of the gospel at first, but their faith in the word of God did not last. Therein is a prophecy from the word of God revealed unto us, that the “stony ground heart” would be the face of Christianity on earth in the last days, just before the great and notable day of the Lord Jesus Christ comes: when he shall come in the clouds to gather God's elect unto himself. In the last days, churches all over the world would primarily be made up of such false converts, ones that would “fall away” in time of temptation. Referring to a hypocrite, Bildad the Shuhite tells us in:
Job 8:13-17 “So are the paths of all that forget God; and the hypocrite's hope shall perish:… 16 He is green before the sun, and his branch shooteth forth in his garden. 17 His roots are wrapped about the heap, and seeth the place of stones.”
Here, the Spirit of God compares the hypocrite to a plant in the garden: he is green before the sun, and his branch shooteth forth. Yet, the appearance is deceptive because the seed that fell upon stony places, even though it did bring forth a plant from the ground, it did not endure as there is no deepness of the earth and the roots were wrapped about the heap. Eventually, when the sun is up, when the time of temptation comes, the plant will perish just like how hypocrites will “fall away” as branches that withered under the heat of the sun. The word of God when sown in any type of heart will generate a reaction. In the case of people with stony ground hearts, it brings out the hypocrisy in them. Jesus tells us in Matthew's version of the parable of the sower:
Matthew 13:5-6 "Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: 6 And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away."
Notice how the “place of stones” in Job 8:17 matches up with the "stony places" in Matthew 13:5? That is also the bible’s way of telling us that the heart of a hypocrite is like a stony ground: one that looks like good ground on the surface, but underneath is solid rock. That is the heart of a pretend Christian.
Matthew 23:28 “Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.”
Jesus calls the scribes and Pharisees hypocrites over and over in Matthew 23: just like the stony ground which looks like the good ground on surface only, they outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Knowing that the church in the last days will predominantly consist of pretend Christians who will “fall away” in the time of temptation, this in itself is prophetic of the type of Christianity on earth in the last days: that it will no longer be pure bible Christianity, but churches all over the world will be overrun by the teachings and religion of the scribes and Pharisees.
Romans 9:13 "As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated."
Instead of churches that God loved, churches in the last days will primarily be made up of what John calls “synagogue of Satan” in Revelation 2:9, 3:9. As what I have shared in my article titled “Strategic hijacking of Christianity by the Zionists,” there has been a strategic subversion of Christianity by top levels of Satanism taking place through the works of John N. Darby and Cyrus I. Scofield, whose doctrine undergirds the teachings of nearly every single church around us, from the left-wing Charismatic or Pentacostal churches to the right-wing IFB or the Presbyterian churches. Dispensationalism is a system of doctrine that promotes a multi-gospel pro-Jewish agenda which accommodates natural Israel while excusing their rejection of the Messiah, and eventually secures to them an earthly kingdom when the “dispensation of the Kingdom” comes. Since its inception in the early 1900s, it has led many Christians to the adoration of modern Israel as a nation. Dispensationalism mingles the Jewish religion with bible Christianity, hence the term "Christian Zionism."
Of course, there is nothing common between the Jewish religion and bible Christianity because God is not the author of confusion. That being said, Satan is very subtle. Paul warns us against infiltration of the church by false brethren in these verses:
Acts 20:29-30 "For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. 30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them."
Galatians 2:4 "And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:"
In order to infiltrate the church, the Devil inspired the creation of a pro-Jewish subculture within Christianity to corrupt it from within, just like what cancer does to a diseased body. Cancer is the result of one cell's DNA becoming corrupt. Once that cell begins to replicate, the cancer tumor grows, and consumes the healthy tissues around it.
2 Timothy 2:17-18 "And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; 18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some."
“Canker" is another word for cancer. Notice how corrupt words will eat as doth a canker? I've also highlighted the words in verse 18 “saying that the resurrection is past already.” That, according to Paul, are cancerous words that has the ability to overthrow the faith of some. In today’s context, those would be the teachings of the dispensationalists or preterists, which distorts the timing of the day of the Lord. I will cover more of that in the later part of this article, but it suffices at this point to see from a big picture, the enemy’s plan to corrupt the church from within. To achieve that, the Devil must to plant his spies in the church, just like what Paul tells us in Galatians 2:4 “false brethren unwares brought in.” False brethren are not brethen, but agents of Satan subtly brought into the church masquerading as Christians, whose aim is to help the Devil bring the church into bondage, corrupting it and turning it into what John calls “synagogues of Satan" in these two verses:
Revelation 2:9 "I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan."
Revelation 3:9 "Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee."
Moreover, John also defines for us what a “synagogue of Satan” means: a synagogue of Satan is made up of them which say they are Jews, and are not. Paul defines for us in these verses what Jew is, and what a Jew is not:
Romans 2:28-29 “For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.”
He is not a Jew, which is one outward in the flesh, but he is a Jew, which is one inwardly, whose praise is not of men, but of God: that would be a born again believer, irrespective of his ethnicity or nationality, even as Abraham is the “father of many nations" according to Genesis 17:4. The physical Jews which John said belong to the synagogue of Satan also call themselves the children of Abraham. But according to Jesus:
John 8:39-44 “They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham… 44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”
Jesus calls them children of the Devil because they do the works of the Devil. Yet, dispensationalism teaches a kind of Jewish exceptionalism among evangelical Christians: dispensationalists believe and teach that natural Jews would be exalted to a place of supremacy at the return of the Messiah in the day of the Lord, where national Israel would be reconstituted as an earthly kingdom once again, and the throne of David would be set up, so that physical Jews would reign the earth as immortal king-priests for a thousand years. Those Christ-hating Jews would be what John tells us in Revelation 2:9, 3:9 that constitutes the synagogue of Satan. So, in order to hijack mainstream Christianity, they have developed an altered form of Christianity meant to change the worldview of the Holy Bible to one that is pro-Jewish. Their evil doctrines were then adopted and taught in churches all over the world, those Pharisaical churches in the last days as prophesied: churches teaching from the man-made doctrines of the scribes and Pharisees instead of the pure doctrines from the written word of God. Expounding from the book of Isaiah, Jesus exposed the hypocrisy of the scribes and Pharisees:
Matthew 15:7-9 "Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, 8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. 9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."
A key phrase to take note here is "teaching for doctrines the commandments of men," a feature that will help us identify the Pharisaical churches in the last days. Instead of the written word of God, commandments of men will form the core teachings in those synagogues of Satan. Churches faithfully upholding the pure word of God will be far and few. That was why Jesus asked the question in Luke 18:8 “Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?” The answer would be an obvious ‘No.’ Christianity will turn apostate in the last days before the great and notable day of the LORD comes, hence the term “falling away” (Greek: “apostasia”) according to Paul in this verse:
2 Thessalonians 2:3 "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;"
In the earlier part of this article, I have highlighted Paul's warning in this verse "for that day shall not come," referring to the day of the Lord. I said that a great deception will be staged in connection to the timing of the day of the Lord, which by the way, is what the whole system of doctrine of dispensationalism was based upon.
What is a "dispensation" in the context of dispensationalism? Well, in the words of Cyrus I. Scofield, dispensation is “a period of time during which man is tested in respect of obedience to some specific revelation of the will of God. Seven such dispensations are distinguished in Scripture.” (Scofield’s note for Genesis 1:28) The system of doctrine of dispensationalism artificially divides the history of God’s dealings with mankind into seven periods of time, whereby God does different things to different men separated by different times based on different sets of rules tailored for different ages. That is the basis of the gospel of dispensationalism, which teaches that the way a person is saved depends on the times he was born in. Unfortunately, if he was born during the “dispensation of Law," then his faith would be tested based on his obedience to God's will during the dispensation of Law. If God's will during the dispensation of Law was for man to keep the law, then a man's salvation would be hinged upon his obedience to God's will and his limited ability to keep the law.
The end of the “dispensation of Law" is the onset of the “dispensation of Grace.” That is the current dispensation according to their doctrines, whereby God suddenly relinquished all requirements of the law and unconditionally forgives a sinner who accepts Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. At the expiry of the dispensation of Grace will be the pre-tribulation rapture whereby the gentile church will be forcefully caught up to heaven, leaving behind the physical Jews on earth who will go through the seven years of tribulation, after which the Messiah must return to rescue them and set up a Jewish kingdom on earth in a new dispensation called the "dispensation of the Kingdom," whereby the Jews will reign as immortal king-priests for a thousand years. On such theology, Paul has these words to say:
2 Timothy 2:17-18 "And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; 18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some."
I've already covered some of that in the earlier part of this article, how dispensationalism and preterism distort the truth about the timing of the day of the Lord. Such teachings are like Hymenaeus and Philetus who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already, when it is still in the future. Perhaps that was what Paul was warning us in 2 Thessalonians 2:2-3, that evil men will come masquerading as ministers of righteousness in the last days, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men centered on the timing of the day of the Lord. In fact, we have covered that in the earlier part of this article, where I have expounded on the prophecies from scripture telling us that churches would turn apostate in the last days. That means we should be able to find evidences of the corrupt doctrines taught in the apostate churches.
Dispensationalism is a philosophical framework that undergirds the interpretation of scriptures. Since its inception in the early 1900s, it has rapidly replaced much of Christianity in America and other parts of the world. We can find traces of its doctrines from the leftwing liberal churches to the rightwing conservative ones. A notable doctrine of dispensationalism is the pre-tribulation rapture. The pre-tribulation rapture theory teaches that the gentile church would be raptured before the seven years tribulation period, which of course, contradicted Paul's words in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 that a "falling away" (Greek: "apostasia") must happen first, and that man of sin be revealed, before the day of the Lord comes. Paul warns us in the same verse "let no man deceive you" in connection to the timing of the day of the Lord. That means a great deception will be staged in connection to the timing of the return of Christ. We have covered some of that in Part 1 of this article, where I have shown from scriptures Jesus telling us to "believe it not" if any man shall say "Lo, here is Christ, or there." (Matthew 24:23-24) Like what Paul tells us in 2 Timothy 2:17-18, "their word will eat as doth a canker." Theology such as dispensationalism is anti-faith, which was why Paul used the words "overthrow the faith of some" in the next verse, in that sense, giving us a clue on how good churches centered on the word of God are turned into apostate ones.
Matthew 24:14 "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."
One of the signs given by Jesus on the end of the world and of his second coming is that the gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world unto a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come. This connects to what Paul tells us in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 about the "falling away" of apostate Christians right before the day of the Lord comes. That means that Christianity would be widespread in every nation in preparation of the grand apostasy which Paul has prophesied would come. Jesus continues in the next verse:
Matthew 24:15 "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)"
The abomination of desolation which stand in the holy place is the implementation of the mark of the beast as what I have shown in the earlier articles in this series of messages. The implementation of the mark of the beast will be a “time of temptation” according to Luke 8:13. Since the face of Christianity on earth in the last days will be characterized by synagogues of Satan pretending to be the church of the living God, many stony ground hearted Christians will “fall away” as a result. All of a sudden, Christians and churches from all over the world would line up to receive a mark in their right hand or in their foreheads, so that they should not be killed for the testimony they once held as believers, that they may continue to buy or sell like everyone else who, likewise, have received the mark. That is how the "falling away" (Greek: "apostasia") would look like in a mental picture. It will be a very spectacular event to watch out for. The “fear of man” (Proverbs 29:25) will drive many such Christians to receive the mark of the beast, and that will prove to be a snare for them. Referring to the scribes and Pharisees:
Matthew 23:13 "¶ But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in."
Just like the scribes and the Pharisees, those Christians would not suffer them that are entering into the kingdom of heaven to go in. This kind of mentality is similar to what is commonly called the Crab Mentality. The Crab Mentality is a unique way of thinking that can be best described by the phrase “if I can't have it, neither can you.” This metaphor comes from a pattern of behaviour observed in crabs when a large number of them are trapped in a bucket: if one crab tries to escape from the bucket, other crabs would quickly grab hold of it to prevent it from escaping so that it would share the same fate as the rest of them. If there is only one crab, it can certainly escape, but when crabs are gathered in a large group, they tend to grab each other down to undermine each other's effort at escaping, making sure the group's collective demise.
Just like crabs in a bucket, the “Crab Mentality” of those apostate Christians will ensure that no one will escape the mark of the beast. The scribes and Pharisees in them would seek to shut up the kingdom of heaven against others because they themselves could not enter in. The collective mentality of those stony ground hearted Christians would hate if some individuals may try to escape on their own. In the end, those synagogues of Satan will behave like crabs congregate together in a large group. Instinctively, they know to grab each other down, to undermine each other’s efforts at escaping, thereby resulting in the collective demise of the whole Christendom. Just like crabs trapped in a bucket, we can expect that the synagogues of Satan won’t stand up to resist their oppressors, but quietly go along with them in docile submission. In fact, attempts by others who resist the tyranny will be viewed as rebellion and shunned by those Christians who would rather be left in peace than to be disturbed by powers bigger than themselves. They would rather cooperate with their oppressors than risk making enemies with them. They would rather keep quiet, hoping their oppressors would leave them alone. They would rather look for self-preservation in the face of open oppression. They would rather be submissive and surrender without a fight. They would rather drag each other down, than to take a stand for something. They would rather give their freedoms away as a solution. They would rather comply than to ask questions. They would rather volunteer with their own enslavement, than do something about it.
In fact, the COVID-19 health scam gave us a picture of the mark of the beast. Just like what we have witnessed during COVID-19, they would rather watch the unvaccinated held on to their dear lives, endured abuse and ridicule, while they continue to pretend they saw nothing, and so did nothing, making sure our collective demise. The Crab Mentality in them would rather have everybody perish together, than to watch some people escape from the death needles. Just like crabs trapped in a bucket, they knew to work one with another in a group setting. Inwardly, they hate to suffer any person to escape unvaccinated, because their deep-seated will is that all should perish in a collective demise. They would rather that all should perish together in the genocide, than for some to escape from the fate, hence “if I can't have it, neither can you.” That would be how the mark of the beast would quickly overspread like a little leaven that leaveneth the whole lump, just like how cancer cells overspread in a diseased body. To continue in Part 3.

Thank you so much for this wonderful explanation/article/eye-opener. Sermon? Ha ha. I got it...Teaching! I finally understand dispensationalism. And how my Sister's fat, expensive fancy Bible actually led her AWAY from the Lord, by dispensationalism in the commentaries, and the inserted page chocked full of occultic non-Christian websites to visit, to learn MORE. SOOOO SAD to watch those who once loved the Lord so much, to turn the opposite overnight. The Bible is soooo true!! Ye cannot serve two masters. Jesus' own words in Matthew 6:24 - No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. It's either love or hate, and I've witnessed several abruptly turned away, and then they try to get us to believe their newfound "wisdom". Stupid secret societies and occultic books, and delving into forbidden practices. Well, it makes me angry that they can be pulled away so quickly, AND thoroughly. There is no turning them back to their first love. But...they chose to choose whom they will serve...and not the Lord. I had never heard the crab (forgot the word) but what a perfect example! Thank you. Prayers for your safety, strength and continuance in sharing the real truths. Oh, and blessings! OUR GOD REIGNS!
Since it is Sunday again,(the first day of the week- hmmm?) and people will be getting their weekly brainwashing at church, it is probably time to examine some things in the scriptures. We won't all agree on everything, but there are some statements that even atheists and agnostics would have to ponder. There are some thoughts here. First these scriptures let you know that most of mankind is bad, not the opposite. And even though not a Christian, George Carlin made a great statement opposing the fact that was stated about Jesus (or anyone else being boiled in a so-called Hell. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZ8hefESt7c People that are coerced into following the political system by preachers from the pulpit each week are certainly being led astray. This seems to be a good description on many falling away. Preachers teach people to vote (separating men over idolatry of men)Then they put them on the chopping block by sending them to war with their blessings to murder their brothers around the world. Until men actually listen to what the Bible says about the fact that our brothers are still our brothers, not depending on criminal politicians' boundaries, called borders, things will not get better for mankind. Think about the wording here and see if that fits the criminal church teachings bout love of country, voting and military service. It also puts to shame the words(proud to be an American).Acts 10:35 King James Version
35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
Also a pretty good description of Jesus is stated when he stated, No one knows the day or the hour (not even Jesus) only the Father. Many things to to absorb in these scriptures.
