Study on Daniel 9:27 "... and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." (Part 1)
MP3 article voiceover included.
This article continues from where I have left off at Study on Daniel 9:27 "and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease…" (Part 2) where I have shown from scripture how the mark of the beast is to hijack the temple of God, and turn it into a "den of dragons" (Jeremiah 9:11) for that man of sin, the son of perdition. That is what Paul tells us in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 about the meaning of "falling away" (Greek: "apostasia"), and how it will be signified by the divorcement of apostate Christians from Christ via the mark of the beast. When the Spirit of the Lord shall be taken out of the way at the divorcement, that is when that "Wicked" of 2 Thessalonians 2:8, that man of sin, the son of perdition, shall be revealed.
Romans 11:21 "For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee."
Paul warned us in this verse to "take heed," lest we also suffer the same fate as natural Israel, and he compared us to branches: how the children of Israel as natural branches have been broken off from the olive tree, so that we the gentile church as wild branches might be graffed in. In that, Paul was also giving us a picture of the "falling away" of apostate Christians as branches broken off from the tree of life, the church of the living God, the body of Christ. Jesus echoed the same idea in this passage of scripture:
John 15:1-6 "I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. 2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit… 6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
Apostate Christians are as branches that beareth not fruit, so that their end is to be broken off from the true vine (Jesus), hence the "falling away" via the mark of the beast. In fact, it was God the Father who broke those Christians off from the true vine, because they beareth not fruit. They abide not in Christ: their faith in the written word of God did not last. They may be Christians in name, but not in substance. Therefore, their end is that God the Father shall break them off from the body of Christ so that they shall wither as branches fallen off from a tree. In the end, the dead branches shall be gathered up and be cast into the lake of fire to be burned for ever and ever. In the last article, I have stopped at this verse:
Psalms 74:8 "They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land.”
This is the place where psalmist reveals how it is in the heart of the enemy to want to "destroy them together," which he referred to as the "synagogues of God." Paul called us the "temple of God" in 1 Corinthians 3:16-17. The temple of God is the temple of our body, just like what Jesus tells us in these verses:
John 2:19-21 "Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? 21 But he spake of the temple of his body."
We are made in the image of God. Our 46-chromosomes body is the "temple of God" which the enemy wants to hijack, so that that man of sin, the son of perdition can sit in the place of God, shewing himself that he is God. That is what the false prophet of Revelation 13 shall do: he shall cause all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads, so that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Daniel tells us in:
Daniel 9:27 “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”
The words "overspreading of abominations" compares the implementation of the mark of the beast to the rapid expansion of a population, just like how the whole earth was quickly populated with the descendants of Shem, Ham and Japheth in Genesis 9:19 "… and of them was the whole earth overspread." It will be the same when the mark of the beast shall be implemented: the whole earth will be rapidly populated with people that have received a mark in their right hand or in their foreheads. It is a little like what we read in this verse:
Galatians 5:9 "A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump."
Just like how a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump, it won't take long for the mark of the beast to be spread across the entire humanity. The reason why it won't take long to implement the mark of the beast is because the whole earth will be under the control of a world government, of which the false prophet of Revelation 13 is the head figure. In the last article, I have stopped at the comparison between Daniel 9:27 and Daniel 11:31, where I have reasoned from scripture that the mark of the beast is the "abomination that maketh desolate."
Daniel 11:31 "And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate."
Notice that it was the enemy who placed the mark of the beast in the temple of God, in what Paul describes in 2 Thessalonians 2:7 as the "mystery of iniquity" at work. There is an evil spirit at work according to Ephesians 2:2, the prince of the power of the air that the children of disobedience in the course of the Devil's will for mankind. That was how the mark of the beast gets to be implemented across humanity at the behest of the false prophet in Revelation 13:16-17. Daniel 11:31 connects to what Jesus tells us in this passage of scripture, where we see the abomination of desolation spoken of my Daniel the prophet stand in the “holy place,” the holy place being a reference to the temple of God:
Matthew 24:15-22 "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)… 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
Jesus also tells us that when the mark of the beast shall be implemented, there shall be great tribulation such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. Just like what the psalmist tells us in Psalms 74:8 “let us destroy them together,” they will attempt to destroy humanity altogether in one fell swoop, like how a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. Except God shorten those days, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake, those days shall be shortened. Notice the word “saved” in verse 22? Revelation 14:9-11 tells us that if any man shall worship the beast and his image, and shall receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wrath of God, and shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb for ever and ever: one cannot be saved and receives the mark of the beast. That is also to say, if any man professed to be saved, but takes the mark of the beast, this person was never saved on the first place. Daniel continues in the next verses:
Daniel 11:32-33 "And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. 33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days."
The "he" in the context of Daniel 11:31 is the king of the north who shall corrupt by flatteries such as shall do wickedly against the holy covenant. Those that shall be corrupted by his flatteries would be "them that forsake the holy covenant" according to Daniel 11:30, the pretend Christians that the king of the north shall have intel with: the “Judas Iscariots” who shall help him spy out the liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that he might bring us into bondage. The king of the north shall attempt to deceive the entire Christendom into receiving the mark of the beast, yet, there is a group of people that do know their God, and shall be strong, and shall do exploits. They are the children of God among the people of this world who understand scriptures, and by shall their knowledge, instruct many.
Matthew 24:23-24 "Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect."
Matthew 24:24 calls them as "the very elect" of God. The same verse also tells us that it is not possible to deceive God's elect people. Yet, it is in the previous verse, in Matthew 24:23, that Jesus tells us what the deception is about: “if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.” That was Jesus telling us to reject any rumours or notion about about his return to the earth. So, what will happen when Christ shall return? The dead in Christ shall be raised alive and then the "rapture" of the living, is it not? Jesus tells us to "believe it not." He continues to explain in the next verse that there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders. I believe this is where the bible is telling us that they may even fake the rapture. Have you come across the term “Project Blue Beam?” Project Blue Beam posits a plot to facilitate a totalitarian world government by destroying Abrahamic religions and replacing them with a New Age belief system using futuristic NASA technology involving a faked alien invasion or fake extraterrestrial encounter meant to deceive nations into uniting under a new world government.
Could they use Project Blue Beam to fake the return of Jesus Christ? Many Christians are eagerly looking forward to the "pre-tribulation rapture." Since the strategic subversion of Christianity by the Rothchilds in the early 1900s through the works of John N. Darby and Cyrus I. Schofield, the great majority of Protestant churches are sold to the idea of a secret pre-tribulation rapture. In fact, the pre-tribulation rapture theory was even promoted in the "Left Behind" movie by Hollywood, produced based on the Left Behind book series by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins. The Devil knows to forecast his plans, as I have shared in Pharaoh King of Egypt (Part 38). Is the Left Behind movie the Devil forecasting his plans for mankind?
2 Thessalonians 2:9 "Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,"
The “working of Satan" means that the Devil is at work. The pre-tribulation rapture is a teaching in the system of doctrine of dispensationalism, or what is commonly referred to as American Christianity. It was called “American Christianity” because it began in America, currently the nation hosting the world largest Christian population. Earlier, I have mentioned the strategic hijacking of Christianity by the Rothchilds. It started with the works of John N. Darby and Cyrus I. Scofield in the early 1900s rapidly promoted to replace the traditional Christianity in America with an altered form of Christianity developed with an evil subculture subtly embedded in their doctrines, meant to change the worldview of the Holy Bible to one that is pro-Zionist. Then, it was from America that this false version of Christianity was exported to the whole world. The version of Christianity in Singapore is also American Christianity (or dispensational). Many pastors, including the one in the right-wing local church that I last joined (and subsequently left), graduated from the Dallas Bible Theological Institute.
2 Timothy 4:3 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;”
It was known to me that during the COVID19 health scam in 2021, the church I used to attend was getting their members comply with the government’s No-Jab-No-Church mandate, helping the government to remove their protection from the bible by wresting the word of God to suit the official narrative. Dispensationalism teaches that the gentile church will be forcefully taken out of this world before the onset of the great tribulation and the appearance of the "Anti-Christ," so that if you are a Christian, then you will escape the affliction that the whole world will be made to go through. “It is only for the Jews,” they said. American Christians, even those from right-wing conservative churches, have been mentally conditioned to believe in the pre-tribulation rapture theory. Their itching ears would not endure sound doctrine, like what Paul tells us in 2 Timothy 4:3.
1 Thessalonians 5:3 "For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape."
In every dispensational church you go to, be it the leftwing liberal churches or rightwing conservative ones, you will not only hear them preach "peace" because now is the "dispensation of Grace," but you will also hear them preach "safety" in the form of the pre-tribulation rapture by which Christians may escape from the great tribulation. Millions upon millions of Christians, convinced of Christ’s return at any moment, are just waiting out the clock instead of warring against evil. They believe Christ is coming soon because they see their world getting darker every day. Every news headline and natural disaster only strengthens their assurance in the rapture’s imminency. They point to humanitarian horrors as heralds of the coming tribulation. But they do not realize that it was their own pre-tribulation rapture passivity that permitted many of the very tragedies they use to justify their eschatology.
These Christians are all blinded to scriptures that tell us that the mark of the beast will be forced upon us, and that we will not escape the great tribulation which is to come. Paul tells us that when they shall say "peace and safety," then sudden destruction shall come upon them as travail upon a woman with child, and they shall not escape. The mark of the beast shall come upon them as a snare, suddenly and without warning, and they shall not escape. Dispensationalism teaches that Christ shall secretly return to rapture the gentile church. Connect this to what Jesus tells us in Matthew 24:23 to "believe it not" if any man shall say "Lo, here is Christ, or there." Jesus continues in the next verses:
Matthew 24:25-26 "Behold, I have told you before. 26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not."
That was God the Son speaking twice in the same passage, telling us to "believe it not" if any man shall say "Lo, here is Christ, or there." Unfortunately, for those Christians looking for a secret pre-tribulation rapture, they are bound to be deceived when they shall say Jesus is in the desert, or that he is in the secret chambers. BTW, deserts seem to be a perfect ground for staging the return of Jesus Christ via Project Blue Beam. Those Christians would be easily deceived because of what they have been indoctrinated to believe. In Matthew 24:24, "there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect." That means that the entire Christendom, except for God's elect people, would be looking for signs and wonders, and they shall be deceived.
2 Corinthians 5:7 "(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)"
Well, if they are looking for signs and wonders, that means those Christians are walking by sight and not by faith in the written word of God. Consequently, they would be easily deceived into believing in anything that the enemy wants them to believe, and that includes taking the mark of the beast. In fact, we have an example of such Christians and churches in the teachings of Pastor John MacArthur:
"Now, the question is, if you’re living in the Tribulation period, and you take this mark, in other words, you identify with the beast’s empire, will you still be able to be redeemed? And I think the answer to that is yes. Yes! Otherwise there would be no salvation of anybody in the end of the Tribulation; and you’ve got to have the salvation of folks in the end of the Tribulation."
— John MacArthur, dispensationalist.
John MacArthur teaches that if you are “saved” but if you were forced to take the mark of the beast, and you took it anyway, you will still be going to heaven. Paul tells reveals what they truly believe in their heart in this passage of scripture:
2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 "Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."
Christians who walk by sight instead of faith in the written word of God are bound to be deceived by the signs and lying wonders of Satan. They are easily deceived because they "received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved." In fact, God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe in a lie: that they all might be damned who believeth not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. Only believers who know their God, and are strong in faith in the written word of God cannot be deceived. Daniel 11:33 tells us that God's elect people shall instruct many while living through great tribulation, and many shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, for many days.
Revelation 7:9-14 "After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;… 13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? 14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb."
In John's vision, he saw a great multitude which no man could number, and they came from all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, and they stood before God's throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes. They were in fact God's elect people who have resisted the mark of the beast, and died living through great tribulation, and their souls were now in heaven with Jesus. Daniel continues in the next verses:
Daniel 11:34-35 "Now when they shall fall, they shall be holpen with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries. 35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed."
Even though God's elect people shall be living through a time of great tribulation, they shall receive a little help from many who shall pretend to cleave to them, and some of God's elect shall stumble and fall by their flatteries and perhaps sold into believing fake conspiracy theories for a season, but it was God who allowed that to happen in order to try them, to purge them, and make them white, even to the time of the end: until the time appointed for Jesus to return to the earth. This is like what we read in John 15:2 “Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.” God the Father was the one who allowed some of his elects to fall in order to purge them, that they may bring forth more fruit.
Matthew 24:27-31 "For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
This passage of scripture describes how the return of Christ is going to be like: "as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." The second coming of Christ will be a very glorious event that every eye shall see, not some secret pre-tribulation rapture where Jesus came for a small group of Christians, and it will happen "immediately after the tribulation of those days." The return of Jesus will also be accompanied by visible signs in heaven: the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shakened. It is then, that the sign of the Son of man shall appear in heaven, signifying his coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. To continue in the next article.

Wow Max,
Love this!! In agreement with all of it.
I had a thought come to me while ready through this latest study of yours: Do you think the sudden trials that sweep the people of the earth following “the abomination” could be the side effects of the massive influx of mRNA taken into peoples” bodies globally? Through such a program as “AI STARGATE”? I don’t think many Christians realize the implications of the agenda of people such as Larry Ellison, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Yuval Harari, Klaus Schwab, etc are to the blasphemy of God’s created genetic structure and His template for humans “created in God’s image”. Tampering with the “temple” meant for the Holy Spirit to dwell, tampering with the source of perception and free will…it will come at a cost. The cost of which I believe will be side effects, not only to the body physical, but to the mind both physiological, mental and spiritual desolation. From desolation will come physical and spiritual fallout - or side effects the likes of which no one has ever seen in the entire history of the world.
When I read your study, this is what I believe the Spirit placed upon my heart…to hear and see and understand what these passages are saying to the church in these times. To equip the remnant that has not fallen asleep. To he aware that the time draws near. Satan plays his final moves because he is in the death throes, punch drunk prior to Christ’s final consummation with His true church. May the number be complete. May we be found about his business, drawing souls into the coming Kingdom that is both now and coming quickly.
Thank you so much for all these posts Max!! Please keep going :)

I am very encouraged to find a Bible teacher who challenges the pre tribulation rapture theory.
John McArthur must not believe Rev. 14:9-12 which says, “If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives a mark on his forehead or upon his hand, he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of his anger, and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the lamb and the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever and they have no rest day or night those who worship the beast and his image and whoever receives the mark of his name. here is the perseverance of the Saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.”
